‘The food at Pho seems to get better every time I go there. With a menu bursting with flavour, there’s sure to be something for everyone - from crispy marinated chicken wings, to authentic Vietnamese pho to mouth-wateringly fragrant curries, all washed down with some refreshing Asian beer or the signature ‘Phojito’. If you have room for more (and let’s face it, there’s always room for dessert) the banana fritters and ice cream are to die for. With the freshest ingredients presented immaculately, you can tell how much care and thought goes into each dish. The atmosphere there is amazing too - the entire restaurant was full of happy faces, not just because of the wonderful food but also the brilliant staff who made sure everything was perfect from the moment we walked in the door right up until we left. I already can’t wait for my next meal at Pho.’
